Some projects seem like they are one problem after another – Kneeton Vale was one of those! Every time we solved one problem another appeared. However, we still completed this one on budget and on time!

An interesting project technically in that it was the first time we took one single dwelling and split it up – in this case into 2 houses. A number of technical barriers were overcome to do with things like planning permission, additional utility connections as well as building regulations around the acoustic performance of the party walls.

Having been delivered for a local housing authority these properties now perform very well as private rental properties. This project was a good opportunity to deliver a product with the end user already in place. As such with clever use of materials and finishes we were able to deliver a best in class finish for this type of rental property.
