This property was the victim of an unsuccessful DIY renovation before we started work on it. There was no kitchen, a few holes in the walls and ceilings, no electricity etc. so it was in real need of some TLC. However, the potential was clear, backing on to a lovely green garden which itself backed on to a local park, we soon realised that the key here would be to maximise that.

A relatively simple job, as the property was mostly stripped out already, we turned this one round in a very short space of time. Everything was stripped out before the entire apartment was renewed.

The main living space now has wonderful double doors straight out into the garden which gives more convenient access but also make the living room and kitchen feel far brighter. The kitchen and living area were opened up to give more space and more light to the whole flat.

Previously a 2 bed 1 bath, an en-suite was added to the new master bedroom to create a far more usable apartment. The lighting throughout included ceiling LED’s to create a soft light setting for the apartment in the evenings or when entertaining.
