On the site of a former bungalow we will are currently building TWO BRAND NEW CONTEMPORY HOMES COMPLETED TO A HIGH SPECIFICATION.

Arkley Gate is set on a corner plot within one of the area's most soughtafter locations. Each property will be completed to a superb standard of finish and design to compliment the contemporary external finishes. These individual architecturally designed luxury family homes will be set within professionally landscaped gardens and will include high end state-of-the-art technology and internal specification.

The site itself makes building the basements for the properties something of an engineering challenge. We've used some pioneering techniques so far during the construction of the basement, which has made this a technically satisfying project so far. In addition we are using a prefabricated timber frame construction which delivered both improved end product and faster construction times.

Over the coming weeks the basement will be completed and the main structure of the houses will be erected.
