Cosybox

A derelict site in Nottingham which had lain empty and overgrown for over 20 years. Recently a number of fires on the site had left the local community eager to see something positive happen on the site. We were able to agree a purchase with the owners of the land and set about getting planning permission on the site for 35 studio apartments and some commercial space at street level.

The building and site are the most prominent at the Northern entrance of the city of Nottingham and is perfectly situated for visitors to stay on a flexible basis. This project will see the launch of Cosybox Living flexible stay concept which will be launched in more detail closer to the launch of the building. You will see our concept rolled out across a number of other locations over the coming years.

We are currently laying the foundations of the building and you will see the structure erected over the coming 3 months, so watch this space!
